Aslam Hayath is a Construction Cost Estimator at Parkview Financial based in the Atlanta office. He focuses on cost estimation for the complete bidding of commercial loans for development projects located throughout the U.S. His key responsibilities include analyzing constructability, drawing reviews, and preparing take-offs and cost estimates for the projects.
Prior to joining Parkview, Aslam was employed by established real estate developers in India, where he handled design management and strategy. He also generated request for proposals for architects and designers; onboarded consultants for projects; and collaborated on value-engineering proposals, design audits, and design delivery.
Aslam has coordinated projects from the inception level, including product development, design concepts, and the detailed engineering stage in collaboration with designers and consultants to ensure design intent. He also has experience in space-planning strategies for interiors as well as information technology parks, overseeing the projects’ timely design and drawing delivery.
He brings diverse experience to Parkview — across the design and pre-construction of various asset classes, including mid-rise commercial, special economic zone multi-tenant information tech parks, mixed-use (commercial, retail, and housing), and multifamily projects.
Aslam received Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from Anna University. He received a second Master’s degree in Construction Management from Kennesaw State University and was awarded a membership of the Golden Key International Society for his academic pursuits.
