Frank He is the Managing Director, Head of Construction at Parkview Financial. Frank focuses on the strategic review for the borrowers’ budget and schedule of values. He also conducts constructability reviews and cost estimates during the underwriting phase. After the loan is approved, Frank visits the projects and meets with the borrower on the draws over the duration of the loan. Frank received a M.S. in Engineering from University of Southern California and is an active member of the American Society of Professional Estimators.

 

In his spare time, Frank enjoys his weekends exploring national parks, golfing with friends and reading books.
