Jacob Gordon is a Senior Loan Originator in the Denver office of Parkview Financial. Jacob has more than five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is skilled at underwriting construction loans in all commercial asset classes across the country. 

 

Jacob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Northern Iowa. He is also a licensed Colorado real estate agent. Prior to his work at Parkview, he worked as a commercial real estate appraiser with BBG, where he appraised all types of asset classes from multifamily, mixed-use, office, industrial, retail, land, and airplane hangars.

Outside of real estate, Jacob enjoys spending time with his dog, snowboarding, hiking, and camping in the mountains of Colorado.
