Larry Perry is the Vice President, Senior Loan Originator at Parkview Financial. Larry is based in the Denver office and brings to the team over 55 years of experience in building and maintain client relationships across the U.S. He meets with current and prospective Parkview borrowers to build a positive brand, while fostering continuous client engagement.

 

Larry is an accomplished business development leader and figurehead in the private lending industry. Prior to his work a t Parkview, he served as a key member of the executive term in charge of business development and loan origination at Seattle Funding group for 7 years.

 

Larry has originated in excess of 1.25 Billion in construction loans for multifamily, mixed use, commercial, retail and residential for Parkview.

 

He has been a real estate broker and B-1 General Contractor in California for over 55 years. Larry also holds a Law Degree from La Salle University.

 

Outside of real estate Larry enjoys several sports, skiing, big game hunting, fly fishing and mountain hiking in the Colorado Rockies. Larry is also a martial arts black belt.
