Samantha Joseph is the Construction Loan Administrator at Parkview Financial. She serves as the primary contact for the Atlanta office and works in conjunction with the construction team. Her responsibilities include scheduling team meetings and managing construction details such as reviewing project lien waivers, drafting reports, and keeping the project management tracking systems updated.

 

Prior to joining Parkview, she served as an office manager for commercial/residential companies where she worked with subcontractors to ensure paperwork was in order including contracts, lien releases and job deadlines project completion. Tracked and processed invoices for material providers; reviewed change order request against contract documents.

Samantha received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Monroe College.
