Vishal Hotchandani is a Senior Loan Originator at Parkview Financial. Vishal focuses on the business development of new commercial and residential loans across the United States.

 

Prior to joining Parkview, Vishal worked at Arixa Capital where he originated over $100M across 50+ loans in California, Washington, Oregon, and Texas. He led the fund's expansion effort into the latter three states. Before Arixa, Vishal was an MBA student at UCLA Anderson and did his summer internship on Steve Bram's team at George Smith Partners. He received his degree from UCLA Anderson in June 2018.

 

Vishal’s previous experience before real estate was as a Manager at Uber Technologies in the tech app's L.A. office, as an Information Specialist at Teach for America's NYC headquarters, and as a high school science teacher in Brooklyn, NY.

 

Vishal is a tennis enthusiast and avid player of all racquet sports. His favorite way to spend free time is at the Venice Beach POP Tennis courts practicing his new hobby.
