Abe Kohn serves as Vice President of Construction at Parkview Financial, based in the New York Office. He oversees construction progress on loans in the Northeast region, and leads risk assessments, tracks project performance, and develops strategies to mitigate potential issues. Abe plays a key role in reporting and coordination across the company, while also maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, contractors, and consultants to support collaborative and effective project delivery.
 
With over 13 years of experience in the construction of multifamily, industrial, office, and retail real estate development projects Abe has managed projects from acquisition through completion. His expertise includes ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and lender requirements. Prior to joining Parkview in 2025, he served as Associate Director at Gardiner & Theobald, where he led multiple development projects across various sectors including ground-up residential construction, high-end interior office spaces, and large-scale capital improvement projects. Responsibilities encompassed maintaining consistent communication with project stakeholders and coordinating all involved parties to ensure successful project delivery.
 
Abe holds a B.A. in Psychology from Queens College and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. Outside of work, Abe loves to spend time with his family and play tennis and pickleball.
