Audrey Smith serves as the Director of Legal, based in the Los Angeles office. She oversees the legal functions at Parkview, with a focus on loan originations, loan management, and investor relations. She works to improve portfolio performance and credit policies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and market standards and minimize legal risks. Audrey collaborates directly with borrowers, investors, third parties, and advisors to develop a cohesive legal strategy among stakeholders.

 

Before joining Parkview, Audrey was a Senior Legal Counsel at Man Group, where she managed all legal matters related to its transactional real estate practice. She began her career in real estate finance law as an Associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.

She earned a J.D. with a focus on Corporate Law and Financial Regulation from Cornell University and a B.A. in English Literature from Skidmore College. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, traveling, antiquing, and hosting dinner parties
