Dar Rahimian is a Senior Advisor at Parkview Financial. Dar serves in an advisory capacity to the entire organization with a specific advisory focus on the construction team. He has established a long-standing reputation with the greater real estate industry that exudes a people-first approach to business hallmarked by integrity and kindness.

A second generation real estate developer and general contractor, Dar’s commercial real estate career spans more than five decades. Having built, managed, and owned every asset type lent on by Parkview, he possesses a deep, hands on knowledge of major public and private construction contracts. Dar joined Parkview Financial at its inception in 2009 and played in an integral role as it grew to be a leading financer of mid-cap commercial construction projects across the U.S. Dar’s career is highlighted by the highest levels of achievement in education. He holds two Master's degrees – one in Civil Engineering, and one in Structural Engineering, Construction.

Outside of work, Dar enjoys spending family time with his beloved wife, Janet, as well as his son Paul and daughter Jeannine. He especially enjoys playing backgammon with his four grandchildren. In his leisure time, he spends hours reading books and various articles on different facets of life and business.
