Desiree Salomon is the Director of People & Culture at Parkview Financial. She partners with leadership to align hiring, development, and organizational design with firm goals, and practices progressive, people-first HR with a focus on employee experience. With over 20 years across HR, marketing, sales, and design—including over 12 years leading People functions for startups and SMBs in tech and entertainment—Desiree builds pragmatic, scalable systems and specializes in translating company values into concrete people practices that elevate clarity, accountability, and care.

Desiree earned a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Michigan and is pursuing an M.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), an Upbuild Certified Coach, and an Upbuild Certified Enneagram Practitioner.

 

Outside of work, she enjoys running and hiking, weekend getaways, hosting dinner parties, and spending quality time with her partner and their two cocker spaniels.
