Nicolas Biancalani is an Associate in Capital Raising and Investor Relations at Parkview Financial, based out of the firm’s Los Angeles headquarters. In this role, he supports fundraising initiatives, investor communications, and quarterly reporting while analyzing fund and portfolio performance across Parkview’s investment platform. He works closely with senior management, asset management, originations, and credit teams to communicate portfolio developments, performance metrics, and investment strategy to existing and prospective investors.

Prior to joining Parkview Financial, Nicolas was an Analyst at Palm Tree LLC, where he provided M&A advisory and financial diligence services to private equity firms and middle-market businesses across multiple sectors, including real estate and industrials. Earlier in his career, Nicolas worked at PreviewFirst in real estate media, collaborating with Southern California brokerages to develop marketing content for luxury residential properties.

Nicolas earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from Chapman University.

Outside of work, Nicolas enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors through mountaineering. He values staying active, embracing new experiences, and continuously challenging himself both physically and mentally.
