The Property will consist of a 5-story, 93 unit condominium building with a podium park. There will be 101,074 SF of total living area across the 93 residences which will range on average from 905 SF to 1,271 SF, and have between 1 and 3 bedrooms. Payoff of the Loan will be achieved by the sale of the property condominiums.
