Parkview Financial has recently funded a $6M construction loan secured by a 1st trust deed for the development of a new mixed-use property located in Long Beach, California. The 18 month construction loan will consist of 10,000 SF ground level Retail space, 36 Residential units above one building across four stories with one level of underground parking. Located within the West Long Beach and Signal Hill apartment submarket. Payoff of the loan will be achieved by the refinance of the developed property.
