We’re recapping our second day at Parkview Elevate! This year, the event took place in Los Angeles at the 1 Hotel with more than 30 team members in attendance. It featured influential speakers, team collaboration break-out sessions, and we honored our Senior Advisor, Dar Rahimian, with a lifetime achievement award.
Parkview continues to grow its extremely talented team and roster of services, and new offices have been opening over the past few years nationally. It has been an exciting journey, and we are building a bright future.
We are excited to share some memorable highlights!
Blake Rodgers, a Senior Loan Originator with Parkview, led the first session. He provided an overview of Parkview’s Purpose and Core Values and made them relevant to our firm today as well as related them to some of his recent professional experiences.
Gina Sanchez, CEO of global investment consultancy Chantico Global, and investment technology software publisher Chantico Technology, spoke to how changes in the global economy will shape how we do business, build wealth, and how the banking system operates. While challenges are abundant, so are the opportunities.
Our Founder and CEO Paul Rahimian provided his State of the Company: From the Ground Up presentation.
We had several break-out sessions that provided time for team-building and collaboration.
Dar Rahimian, a Parkview Co-Founder and father of our CEO Paul Rahimian, was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award. The attendees learned of his eventful life story and how his hard work, talents, and unfailing determination resulted in realizing the American dream. He received an award from his grandsons, Colin and Tyler.
Aliyah Farard, Parkview’s newly appointed Human Resources Director, provided a comprehensive overview on all things HR as well as the strategy for recruiting and growing Parkview’s talented, experienced, and diverse team nation-wide.
Saul Blinkoff an award-winning Director/Producer who has worked on animated films and shows for over 20 years with top Hollywood studios including Disney, Dreamworks, Netflix and Amazon was our keynote speaker. Saul shared his personal story, inspiring us to reach our limitless potential. He also brought out the artist in us by teaching us how to draw Mickey Mouse – we were amazed at how he helped us discover our untapped potential!
After the event, the team gathered for a cocktail reception and sit-down dinner in the stunning Juniper Garden space of the 1 Hotel. It was a perfect way to enjoy each other’s company and end this incredible event!
