Parkview Financial Appoints Dhaval Parikh as Managing Director, Head of Capital Raising & Investor Relations

Parkview Financial is pleased to welcome Dhaval Parikh as Managing Director, Head of Capital Raising & Investor Relations. Dhaval brings nearly 20 years of experience in capital raising, product development, and investor relations. Most recently, he served as a Managing Director at Ares Management, where he was responsible for the firm’s real estate debt platform.

As part of Parkview’s leadership team, Dhaval will oversee global capital formation, manage relationships with current and prospective limited partners, and lead a team of professionals dedicated to these efforts. He will be based in our New York office and report directly to Founder and CEO Paul Rahimian.

Before joining Ares in 2017, he served as a Director at MetLife Investment Management, focusing on business development and investor relations for real estate. Earlier in his career, Dhaval was a Director at BlackRock, where he concentrated on product development, business development, and investor relations for the firm’s real estate platform. He holds a B.S. from Stony Brook University and an M.B.A. from Baruch College. He is also a CFA® charterholder and holds a CAIA designation.
