Richard Klein serves as an Originations Associate out of Parkview’s Los Angeles headquarters where he supports its nationwide team of originators. His primary responsibilities include evaluating new financing opportunities by conducting market analysis; reviewing and analyzing budgets, cash flow models, and appraisals; and generating financial models and LOIs. 

 

Prior to joining Parkview, Richard was a Business Analyst at Toll Brothers where he managed community proformas, analyzed budgets, forecasted revenues, and enhanced data analytics and reporting for the Los Angeles division. Previously he focused on strategic planning and business development at Institutional Property Advisors and was a Real Estate Analyst at DAUM Commercial Real Estate. 

 

Richard holds an MBA from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Francisco State University. He currently lives in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood of Los Angeles with his fiancée. Outside the office, Richard enjoys spending time with friends and family, finding new restaurants, golfing, snowboarding, hiking, and going to Dodgers games.
