

Scott Denham is a Director, Construction at Parkview Financial, where he manages and supports all existing and new construction loans. Scott provides strategic direction in the identification, evaluation, and underwriting of construction loans; conducts risk assessments, identifies potential challenges and develops mitigation strategies; and monitors the loan performance and actual construction progress. In addition to company wide reporting and coordination, Scott also maintains close relationships with borrowers, contractors and 3rd-party consultants to enhance collaborative problem-solving methodology.
Scott has over 25 years of experience in multifamily, industrial, office, and retail investment and development, where he has managed projects from origination through stabilization, with the responsibility for planning and executing all aspects of the business plan to maximize returns and minimize risk. Scott’s experience working on the borrower side at multiple investment and development companies, where he was responsible for the proper allocation of equity and debt capital, ensured projects remained on schedule, within budget and compliant with all legal, regulatory, and lender requirements. Due to this experience, Scott has an extensive understanding of complexities, risks and challenges encountered during all phases of ground-up and repositioning projects, which enables him to perform thorough due diligence, oversight and risk mitigation practices. Throughout his career, Scott has established efficient and effective management processes and built teams that adhere to high-quality performance protocols.
Prior to joining Parkview in 2025, Scott served as a Senior Vice President at Mack Real Estate Group, where he led the national industrial development platform. Prior to that he was a Project Executive at Freeman Group, Inc where he performed Owners Representative project management of industrial, multifamily and office development projects. Scott also worked at Rexford Industrial Realty, EVOQ Properties / Altas Capital, and CIM Group where he led Development and Construction teams on a wide variety of product types in multiple markets.
Scott holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College where he majored in Engineering and Art, and a Master of Architecture from Columbia University. He also received an Advanced Professional Certificate of Real Estate from the NYU Graduate Real Estate Program.
