Alan Hiller is a Senior Vice President, Underwriter at Parkview Financial. Alan's primary responsibilities include underwriting new deals that enter the pipeline, relationship management, capital markets, and operations. Alan has truly found a home in private construction lending and enjoys tailoring each deal to meet each borrower’s specific objectives. Having held roles in both the equity and debt sides of the business, Alan has a broad range of real estate experience in both institutional and entrepreneurial settings. 

 

Alan holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. He is a licensed CPA and Real Estate Broker. Alan currently serves as a Director on the board at UCLA Hillel and is a Vice President on the UCLA Ziman Real Estate Alumni Group board.

Alan is an avid classic rock fan and enjoys live music. He spends his weekends with his wife and two young daughters exploring all of the outside space Los Angeles has to offer.
