Private Real Estate Debt Fund
Parkview manages its own private debt fund, enabling us to originate financing for even the most challenging projects – in some instances they are deals that other lenders have had to pass on for any number of reasons. Each project is carefully reviewed and analyzed by our underwriting team based on its individual attributes and market analysis. Once financing is underway, we manage the loan internally with our own team and are in constant communication with the borrower throughout the duration of the project.
