Aliyah Farard is the Human Resources Director at Parkview Financial. In her role, Aliyah builds the HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee performance, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and compensation. 

 

An HR generalist with more than two decades of strategic, hands-on experience leading the HR and people operations function, Aliyah’s experience spans multiple industries, working at companies of various stages as they scale. Her work has impacted the work-life balance for employees at all levels, while guiding them toward success as leaders and managers, as well as preparing employees toward succession.  

 

Aliyah's motto – putting the 'human' back into the human resources function – is something that drives her on daily basis. She believes a sense of humor can help in almost any situation, and she tries to find the rainbow in the clouds as she works toward a winning scenario for everyone. Aliyah lives in Los Angeles and she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is a genuine ‘foodie,’ and loves cooking, the beach, fast cars, boats, babies, and dogs.
