Doug Esteves is a Vice President of Loan Originations at Parkview Financial. Doug brings more than 30 years of extensive experience in real estate lending, valuation, underwriting, and due diligence to the company. He focuses on evaluating lending and investment opportunities, including acquisition, development, and construction of commercial and multifamily real estate on a nationwide basis.

 

With nearly $1 Billion in closed transactions, Doug is unmatched in his ability to conceptualize and structure complex capital structures and real estate property investments. Prior to joining Parkview, he held leadership positions as Director of Real Estate Finance for Bridge Financial Corp., an AMEX public company, and USA Commercial Mortgage, a private capital lender specializing in land acquisition and development financing.

 

Doug enjoys being an expert panelist and panel moderator for industry conferences nationwide. For fun, he enjoys playing volleyball and surfing at Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach with his daughters, Madison and Keely.
