Doug Esteves is a Senior Loan Originator at Parkview Financial. Doug brings more than 30 years of extensive experience in investment evaluation, underwriting and due diligence to the company. He focuses on the evaluation of lending and investment opportunities including acquisition, development and construction of commercial and multifamily real estate on a national basis.

 

With a background in real estate finance and mortgage banking, Doug is unmatched in his ability to conceptualize and structure complex loan transactions. Prior to joining Parkview, he held leadership positions as Director of Real Estate Finance for Bridge Financial Corp., an AMEX public company, and USA Commercial Mortgage.

 

Doug enjoys being an expert panelist and panel moderator for industry conferences nationwide. For fun, he enjoys volleyball and surfing Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach with his daughters, Madison and Keely.
