Marty Friedemann is a Managing Director of Underwriting & Systems Integration at Parkview Financial, based out of the Los Angeles office. Marty’s dual roles are to manage loan transactions and to ensure all interdepartmental systems are following best practices. Marty enjoys finding creative solutions to interesting problems while ensuring that every party’s needs are met. Marty joins Parkview with a diverse entrepreneurial background. Marty’s prior businesses specialized in the distressed asset space, offering negotiation, acquisition, and construction management services to private equity funds in the luxury housing space. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from CSUN and an MRED from the University of Southern California.
