Marty Friedemann is a Senior Vice President, Underwriter at Parkview Financial. Marty’s primary responsibility is to handle transactions from deposit to close of escrow, which includes underwriting, loan doc negotiations and client interface. Marty enjoys finding creative solutions to interesting problems while ensuring that every party’s needs are met. Marty joins Parkview with a diverse entrepreneurial background, having managed a residential short sale negotiations firm and consulted on over 30 SFR developments in the Hollywood Hills. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from CSUN and an MRED from the University of Southern California.

 

Outside of work, Marty enjoys his weekends exploring hike trails, camping with family and friends and has recently taken on home remodeling projects.
