Completed 38 construction and short-term bridge loans in 20 states
Led by CEO Paul Rahimian, Parkview Financial had another record-setting year in 2021, executing more than $1.2 billion in loan originations, doubling its previous year’s record. Deals consisted of 38 construction and short-term bridge loans in 20 states. Parkview Financial also launched its first East Coast office in Atlanta and increased its employee roster by 50%.
Notable transactions included a $110-million bridge loan for acquisition of a 557,581 square-foot Class A office complex in Stamford, CT; and a $90-million construction loan to develop a 23-story, mixed-use building in lower Manhattan which will include 19,000 square feet of commercial office, retail condos and amenity areas and 58 residential condominiums.
