We are excited to announce and welcome Brad Ross as the newest member of our team. Brad has been named Managing Director and Head of Originations out of our Los Angeles headquarters, where he will lead our nationwide team of originators and manage the investment process. In addition to helping grow the portfolio, Brad will focus on instilling best practices, strengthening borrower and broker relationships, and expanding Parkview’s standing and participation in the marketplace.
Prior to joining Parkview, Brad was a Vice President at Madison Realty Capital, where he established and oversaw the company’s Los Angeles office. He has also held positions at Calmwater Capital, Karlin Real Estate, and Major Properties.
Brad holds degrees from the UCLA Anderson School of Management (M.B.A.) and the University of Michigan (B.A.). He is also a licensed California real estate broker. Brad is an active member of the UCLA Ziman Center Endowment Circle and UCLA mentorship program, and is also an emeritus board member and former head of membership for the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group.
